Chavis has your run D still shite.. 3rd to last in the SEC.. Wait till you play someone.. like this weeknd.
LSU is higher ranked than you in overall D, Rushing D, and even Passing D. More turnovers as well. We have double the amount of interceptions as you do..
Chavis leaving LSU has been an absolute blessing. Our defensive recruiting is far superior now.. Chavis was lazy and relied on heavy talent.
When Chavis had the best offense in LSU recent history in 2013.. he had one of the most pathetic Defenses ever.. which resulted in multiple losses.. there is no excuse.. not even oh we were young on D.. We are young on D this year..
So.. did Chavis benefit greatly from elite talent and LSU controlling a lot of clock.. because the one year he had a tremendous O.. he had the worst D..
Even last year with the #1 yardage D.. that was heavily inflated against inferior teams that didn't mean anything.. in SEC play LSU D got worked over.. and then the D was shite against notre dame..
LSU is so much better against the run now and actually are wrapping up the tackles now instead of all the missed tackles under Chavis.. Why was Welter starting to begin with any ways..
Y'all think Chavis is some savior, but you've had great D coordinators before.. It doesn't matter. A&m's defense is soft.. Especially your run D.. And this year already you rank bottom of the SEC with teams like Auburn..
There is nothing worse than a D that gets run all over..
Chavis was known at making great adjustments at half, but then he would blow it on the final drives in games that mattered.. Steele has the defense virtually shutting out opponents in the first half allowing our offense to mount a lead.. and teams play desperation catch up in the 2nd half.. but it's not enough. I look forward to Steele getting in his recruits, especially at linebacker
LSU is currently sitting at #1 in recruiting.. This is huge going forward.

Yeah, it actually made me throw up a little in my mouth. Honestly, I am sure there are a lot of really cool aggies. In fact, I have heard their fans are super nice and gracious hosts. What got me worked up was after the first two years in the SEC their fans on message boards started acting like their program was the equal of Bama, Florida, LSU, etc. I think the school has the potential to be a major force for a long time but I just think they would have been best served to slow down a bit.
Besides, there is only room for one band of lovable, arrogant upstarts around here.

I think i speak for most LSU fans when i say we dont hate Florida. Maybe Tim Tebow put a bad taste in our mouth, but hes gone, so we can put those days behind us. As for A&M, why would we hate yall? There is nothing better than a guaranteed win against an SEC opponent every year. I wish we could play you every game of the season! What we do hate, IS ALABAMA!!!!
