Miles did the right thing in kicking Perrilloux off the team. I wondered why he didn't do it sooner. LSU probably would have rebounded faster.

Half the shite spread about DJ is false. He wasn't a saint, but far from what people make him out to be...

I was always higher on Brown. Big play DJ was no joke however. People remember "Rocky Stop", but don't always remember the big catch following.

I think all the negative talk on DJ was started by a bunch of bullshite artists on message boards...which was then picked up by the "regular fans" and repeated as being from "someone in the know"...this is how douchebaggery admins on TideFans get their street cred.

Huge pot head... believe me.

And I love pot, but I doubt it's conducive to being a D1 Football player or making it far in the NFL... especially if you're inhaling the amount that DJ did.

Fred just didn't have a great work ethic and couldn't put on weight. Great college player though. He originally went to the Steelers and then to the Dolphins, but couldn't ever really catch on anywhere. I THINK I heard he's playing basketball somewhere, dude was pretty good in high school and also played for us under Harrick for a year or two.

huh? Thought for sure that guy would have been a decent pro. No work ethic will get you at the next level though. Think Jamarcus Russel is figuring this out right now. Not like he cares though

He wasn't like the pecker-head Jimmy Barnes.

What did Jimmy Barnes do to be judged as a peckerhead? Slow, would probably never see the field, and transferred, but peckerhead?

I remember this. I never heard about Beard, though. I just remember Beard banging a few of the gymnasts

He still got a bad rep for shite he didn't do.

Hell, I know a few players on the team right now who love a little white rhino...

how many years did DJ Hall play. Josh Reed left after his junior year, but he was a RB as a freshman. Only played 2 seasons at WR.

Hall had a lot of talent, but he seemed to have a really bad attitude and quit on a lot of plays. Keith Brown had less talent, but worked harder. Switch Brown's work ethic with Hall and you've got a hell of a receiver.

I really liked DJ Hall, Keith Brown, and Matt Caddell. They all had talent and, had they worked harder, would have probably been one of the greatest receiving trios in SEC history.

DJ had the moves but spent too much time at the Strip with his posse.

I thought this was true? What I heard was that NML got BD's girl pregnant.

D.J. Hall admitted he was wrong in how he handled himself under Saban, and would have been better for four years with him. Jimmy Barnes transfers out to some tiny college in Utah, and bad-mouths Saban, telling anyone who will listen that his new team could all start at Alabama. He then quits there too, to get on American Idol.

Okay.
He is a peckerhead.
Thanks for the info.
