Disappointed for the conference to lose the game. I will pull for FL even though I can't stand Urban Meyer.
If there is anything I liked about the Bama loss, it would be to push the argument for a college football playoff.

I root for every SEC team come bowl time.
However I do beleave this has helped in the recruiting area.
One recruit already mentioned JJ's play. Don't kid yourself bowl play does matter to recruits.

Awesome loss! I replayed the game several times in my sleep. My only regret is that the Ute band didn't steal the Rama Jamma song and play it non-stop during the 4th quarter.

I think this years class, if that's what you are refering to as "the top recruiting class" has been so good for long time in part BECAUSE of last year's NC win....
Bama's class LAST year was all about Saban's coming out party... it'll be harder and harder for him to keep up non-stop top classes if he doesn't get some SEC champ. or BCS bowl wins.
and if you think RR wasn't looking at what the #1 Bama QB was tossing around ( and knowing there's aparently no one else any better than that there) compared to what JJ was doing, then exactly what do you think he's going to consider in making his decision?

Disappointed for the Bama players, they do have few kids with character, their rb for one, ecstatic because a lot of their fans are abnoxious, concerned that a lot our fans are becoming just like them.

I woke up this morning and starting chuckling like I was last night. The Gumps lost. 
I tried my best to pull for them but just couldn't. The gumps can't even stay away from an LSU board without inflaming the hatred toward them. Their arrogance knows no bounds.

Amen Brother, you speak the truth. I loved ever minute of it. I taped it and re-watched it. The camera work must have been done by a LSU grad with all of those sad-sack bama faces and limp shakers.
