pathetic point in time I hate it…..

To have to wait for announcements of every single player getting a "new deal" to stay feels surreal.

If Joe Burrow or Jayden Daniels didn't attend LSU they would be selling insurance. Don't overthink it!!

I have absolutely no dog in this fight, but this just isn't true. Neither Joe nor Jayden were winning the CFP Quarterfinals against Georgia before they came to LSU.

Yeah. Google him.

His NIL value is higher if he would get another year. With the performances he has strung together he will probably go higher in the draft and get more money.

Okay. That's what I'm thinking -- seems like a roll of the dice whether he's better off with college NIL money or rookie NFL money at this point, NCAA decision withstanding.

He was lights out last night and looked very Jayden Daniels-esque to me. It would be fun to see how much more he could develop at this level.

Chambliss and appeal

I know he's appealing for another year, but could someone KINDLY tell me why he wouldn't just go on into the draft?

Does he just need a deeper D1 resume?

LSU should throw the vault at him.

There is no vault that could bring a Manning to Baton Rouge.
I was just thinking that re-watching that INT. poor decision, and poor pass.

And the story

We live in Birmingham and read this last night like a bedtime story-- then slept the sleep of babes!

Bama fans are just struggling now. They feel completely lost because they aren't living in the guarantee of winning or at least expecting to win every single game and their identity is lost. Again, they just played in the SEC championship game and yet acting like they are winless. Welcome to reality, gumps.

my 40-year old self and my son joined them for the remainder of the game.

Was he on your shoulders?

But those days, you went to the game because you were connected to the school and the team, and honestly didn't expect them to win, so if they did it was lagniappe, pretty much..

This is vastly different and much more disappointing when an LSU team worth millions on millions on millions looks like this

If I went back and looked at your posting history I’m sure you were screaming for Napier to be hired.

You weren't posting this to me, but look all you want-- I've always been a coach loyalist and was fine with the BK hire. Until today.

This even broke me, a 60+ year old "granny" who has been an LSU fan most likely longer than you've been alive.

There is something weird and concerning about BK and every team he's had here. So much garbage, I can smell it all the way over here in Alabama.

I'm sorry you have to defend this shite show because you work in the department, but he's just wrong for the job.

Somehow you keep trying to F up the most epic thread in the history of the score board.

We desperately need you to push the guys from the 2019 team to open their wallets and donate to their alma mater. We need ALL former players who are able to give back.

NIL funds are drying up fast and we need all the help we can get. It’s going to be another heavy portal class this offseason but this year we’ll be QB shopping

No one, big or small needs to be donating to this shite show until Kelly is gone and no longer tainting the name and legacy of LSU football.

Charlie was so special, not just anyone can do what he did with a Heart that seemed to be as his Brain all while educating others in live time.

I also watched him to the same thing with Biblical knowledge. Book, Chapter, and Verse. Over and over straight from memory.

This is why I don't think anyONE can step up to the mike. He was just that singularly smart and sharp.
We were discussing this exact thing this morning when out for a walk.

Things like this are not something we are designed to see in first person and process well. First person accounts of such violence used to be limited to the people who were physically present, and that was horrible enough, but now that trauma is cast all over anyone who will click on it. Lots of damage that, like you said, can't be undone.

There are only a handful of restaurants there that it could have been. Honestly not surprised to hear this is where you had this experience.

We are right outside Birmingham.

Had no idea you were so close or I would have been watching baseball with you during your TD break this summer!!

Good to see you back

So why were they idiot enough to back up a Brinks truck to De-boring?

We live outside Birmingham and had a short day trip today. Just turned on JOX sports radio and listened to the absolute melt all the way there and back.
