That makes perfect sense. You should be a GM

Just about anyone can succeed in the NFL these days with the modern rules of the game. Brady's approaching his mid-40s and he's still throwing for close to 400 yards and 5 TDs in games. That would have been unheard of 20 years ago.
Not many Bama qbs can though the way it seems

Seems like Joey “Heisman” Burrow has your crybaby fan base dancing in this thread.
Crazy how he came in and made your best team and your best player an afterthought in football history

It'd be better than drafting a glass man at 5th overall just to have him beat out by Grandpa Fitzmagic

Yeah you could always draft the worst bust in NFL history.

You just don't understand the idea of a long term plan, do you?

Sure I do.
I wasn't the one attempting to troll about Burrow being 1-2-1.

McElwad would beg to differ

Attempting? He's got a losing record.

I once said he would never be a Heisman contender or a starting qb in the NFL. But then I proceeded to explain how I liked his moxy and toughness. The second part I was right, as for the first part, I 'll breakout my eating crow gif

You expected an LSU fan to understand the complexities of football beyond "throw ball, score points."
That was your first mistake.

This is from a fanbase who insists that they need to get back to "shutdown defense and pounding the ball."

Clearly you know nothing about the bungles.

So what you're saying is we regularly beat the brakes off you even without nfl quality qbs. And the only time in the last 10 years you've been able to beat us is when you got a transfer QB from outside your system. Who himself was only 1-1 vs us with a hugely embarrassing loss at home.
I can't think of a better compliment for Bama.
