This verdict was bought and paid for months ago. The conference will be forced to take their own measures. Not playing LSU will have the desired effect. They won’t be able to qualify for the playoffs with a 3-0 record.

Why? She has no part in the trial other than to file a brief on behalf of the state of Louisiana which can be completely ignored by the court if it chooses. And-she is an LSU grad.

It’s difficult to change someone’s mind when they’ve already convinced themselves that LSU is behind all of this. Once someone has reached a firm conclusion, they’re often unwilling to consider information that challenges it.

It’s insane. Even if they win a court battle by making use of their obviously biased and corrupt judicial system, they still lose.

No way LSU risks any of this unless they're 100% sure they won't be penalized. If you believe they'll be penalized, then you might as well assume they aren't playing these players.

Once again, I’ll simply ask for proof that LSU is actually a party to any of the lawsuits filed by the players involved. From everything I’ve read, LSU does not appear to be involved in any capacity. If I’m missing something, I’m certainly open to seeing the evidence.

I agree. I dont know why we feel the need to add 3 or 4 good players in an eligibility fight when we have 50 good players on the roster. The risk is not worth it. I think we should pick better battles to fight in the State of Louisiana. Yeah, the NCAA sucked for the timing of that ruling and yeah it kinda sucks for the 2022 players but the fact that this is what we are fighting about in our Louisiana Courts is sad and our leadership should be fighting to bring jobs and opportunities into the State rather than interfering with our Courts. I wish they cared this much about real issues…
