His results are why I wanted him after mairnara left. He’s consistently recruited absolute top pitchers and has an all American staff.

You could clearly see the "oh God please no" vibe coming off him, especially when ORU got the bases loaded.
I'm not going to troll- that had to be the most sickening feeling anyone could have. Had the game in hand, got cute and fricked up, and it was about to blow up on the biggest stage.
I can't imagine anything similar, except maybe being in football playoffs up by less than a TD, and mistiming a 4th down kneel in your own redzone. But that would be on your QB doing it, not the coach.

i'm not, but I also don't get paid a lot of money to coach baseball and know the rules of the game.
