All the smack talk does is to encourage us to do better and that works just fine because once Arkansas figures it out, you all will go crying in your bedrooms so yes, maybe Hogs should just can Van Horn and hire someone better just to see the madness here!

there are bad takes and then there are just stupid takes and this is the latter. We won game 2 and Noland pitched one of his best games in game 3. Their guy was better by about 4 pitches. They missed our gloves by a few feet while we hit right at people. Thats just baseball. Play that same game 10 times and its probably 5/5. They just got us on that particular day. But im not sure where you are going with the bullpen comment. Makes you look silly.

He was playing the odds of starting a right handed pitcher or a left handed pitcher. The Ole Miss bats hit slightly worse against lefties and so DVH stuck with senior lefty Zach Morris who pitched four scoreless innings against Oklahoma State. I didn't and don't have a problem with that decision because no Arkansas pitcher on that day was going to slow down the Ole Miss bats.
The Arkansas bats needed to get hot and get Arkansas back in the game and they never did. So instead of wasting his arms in a game he can't win, he threw the scrubs instead.
