If you haven’t been reading the Arkansas board here, and boards on other Arkansas sites, you’re missing out on the best schadenfreude for Ole Miss fans on the internet.

Well Arky played you and not state so they are bitter. And Arky has been the cws quite a bit recently and are tired of coming home with no hardware. I’d be pissy too ;)

Noland pitched 8 innings. The Rebs didn't get to the Pig pen until the 9th.

Not only that but Arkansas was headed for the CWS title game in 2012. Arkansas was one game away until Perry Costello showed up and said I will make sure that was only make believe.

You left off the biggest point though. Ole Miss is the one school in the west they could always look toward for relief, to assure them “hey, at least we aren’t Ole Miss”
Their brains are shorting out and unable to process how or why that is now gone, and it is causing uncomfortable emotions to bubble up

I can handle the pissy better than the whiney honestly. Those are the ones that drive me crazy. And the ‘well DVH just needs more time’ sarcastic people towards their own supposed co-fans. I mean wtf do they want- to fire him? His best Pitcher against Ole Miss? Connor Noland had one of his best games in his career. But of course just like in 18,19,21 and 22 the bats fell asleep in the CWS when they were needed the most. Putting a lot of pressure on pitching in these low scoring games is a recipe for disaster. The Arkansas bats have struggled against left handed pitching and lost in predictable fashion.
These last years both Kopps and Noland deserved better endings but no surprise the bats set offensive records then can't even score a run in the last game.

That is all you could ask from a pitcher but he can't help win the game when the team can't score a run. The bats lost Arkansas the game just like last year.

Did hear Bianco protest on Ou base runner being hit by ball was illegal. . Can only file protest if less than 30 seconds have passed and can not watch video before filing protest.
Umpires by rule could not accept Bianco protest on ump ruling
