False, but my memory doesn't end Pre-Saban.

I've noticed that lots of LSU fans travel to the town to tailgate but don't actually go into the game.

Nope. I have lots of pictures though. In 2009, I even had an LSU fan apologize for the small showing in the stadium.

Makes sense though. If people leave at halftime anyway, I can see how they'd just rather stay outside and drink rather than spend that much for a ticket.

Can't wait to see your "educated" opinion/list..LOL

That's mostly due to safety reasons. Don't want to be any where near one of those meth labs on wheels when they go kaboom.

No. I said they travel, but at least at Alabama games, they usually stay outside of the stadium.

I've got season tickets to Alabama games and I've been to LOTS of college games around the country, having lived lots of places. Off hand, Texas, LSU, Alabama, Oklahoma, Penn State (before the controversy), Tennessee (before their recent troubles) and Georgia fans all travel incredibly well. Of those, the LSU fans have had the smallest presence in the stadium. I was at the BCS game in New Orleans, and people on TD were complaining about LSU fans selling their tickets.

Do you travel to many games? Or do you just see them on TV?

I was at the LSU-Washington game and was quite shocked that it was a night game and that so many people who had tickets left at halftime. I took pictures of that too.

Someone from the team tweeted the other day "When the stadium empties out by halftime, we feel like we've done our job."

It was linked on the Rant. He might have been talking about cream puffs like UNT, but it was after the Udub game.

In retrospect we took 25k to Seattle when we played Washington in 2009. I took photos there.

Coming from the bloodiest dick sore on the internet, that's a huge compliment.

I was in the Dallas airport when they were all coming home. It was a blast!
