Regular season championships are more impressive than tournament championships. It shows consistent excellence over a longer period of time. LSU fans have plenty of experience with this in baseball over the years. That doesn't mean that the Auburn run was somehow meaningless or whatevee other people are saying in this thread.

I'm just saying as someone that experienced a Regular season title then an SEC Tourney Title and Final Four the year after that the SEC Tourney and Final Four were miles better.

I'm simply talking about the regular season vs tourney championships. Obviously I would rather make it to the Final Four than win the regular season and get bounced in the Sweet 16.

Yeah, I'd probably take the Regular season title over the Tournament. I'd take either one really. The NCAA tourney will be the kicker in that convo.
