Ironically, Woodward's best hire (Jay Johnson) was one where he was forced to go beyond the "best on paper" hire. The initial target was Vitello with a truckload of money, followed very closely by Kevin O'Sullivan.

Vitello never got a call.

We get it - you don’t like Nuss.

Sorry he didn’t make time to sign your WalMart jersey and football.

All of this is so old and tiresome.

If MVB could do half of what the Lombardi posters here state he can do, he would be playing.

Period.

This is not your JV team where a coach is “developing” a player for Varsity play.

If MVB showed in practice the ability to perform at a level that would CONSISTENTLY help the team, he would be getting snaps.

Maybe we will see that opportunity Saturday.

And for CERTAIN, the coaches know what his best.

It’s good IMO.

Certainly will keep your torso, legs and back loose if used regularly.
Likely to be a 10 point gap.

That just allows the northern part of the state to continue being a dumpster fire.
True - mostly.

And those QB’s are 100% healthy.

[embed]As I’ve been saying for days, it was 100% Woodward who made the decision to get rid of Kelly.[/embed]

NOPE

[embed]Heard brcc people got sick of seeing him[/embed]

Nope.

Close friends are members and said BK played a few time in late summer with his wife. Late afternoon.

Don’t believe all you here.
Procuring cheap valves and equipment are a MAJOR issue.
In O&G for 30+.

The cheaper commodities coming from China have slowed significantly.

That’s a benefit for everyone.
We get it - on every thread you comment how bad Nuss is in your mind.

Be it a middle school or local Y level football IQ, just give it a rest.

You’re embarrassing.
The Lauren Rogers museum in Laurel is regarded as one of the best in the South.

You might try Jim Uremovich at Old South Golf Club. Former LSU pitcher and top shelf guy. He will go out of his way to get you set up. He is the head pro.

Pretty decent course and worth the call.
“Sub in Gulf Shores Golf Club for Lost Key”

This is the right answer.
That is correct and thank you.

I may not have the length of time correct for measuring the average height of the tides. But it is somewhere around 17-19 years.

And I agree that there is no doubt Walton County regrets the decision to include the “land” out to the MHWL.

And we always chat up the guys fishing and others coming by. Almost all are good folks.

re: 30A and Public Beach Access

Again.

The beachfront owners in Walton County have deeds that show the southern boundary of said lot is the MHWL. This includes the sand area north of the MHW to their northern boundary.

Walton County sold these properties 60 plus years ago to raise needed funds for the county.

This is easy research.

It is certainly not popular for those that are unaware of the county’s past transactions and actions.

It is the enormous greed of developers who want this to change so they can build hotels and rental complexes. And they are aiming the fault at beachfront owners who have done ZERO wrong.

If the property is that valuable for their wanted developments, they can always come to the table.

How rich - you belong to The Beach Club with private beach.

AND of course you are for public access on “others” private property.
The ECL in Walton County really covers the beach area around Sandestin. That is where sand was added at one point.

And the continued piling on about Huckabee by the room temp IQ crowd is entertaining. Huckabee suggested a compromise between the county and beach front owners during the high season for visitors. To be sure, not all beachfront owners were on board with that. The

AND the area where Huckabee had a house (he moved away several years ago) is part of a neighborhood where everyone has beach access. Regardless if you were beachfront or not.

And those that knew Mike and his family and how they supported the area had only positive comments about the entire family.

As several have noted, Walton County sold the beachfront property and provided a deed to all owners. It’s America - and its citizens have all rights to their own property.

The entitlement crowd should be pressing the county to buy more beachfront property as a need. This is in their basket to address.
