They are just completely lost offensively without him. Hes obviously a great player but damn. Have they scored 21 points since he got injured? I figured lebby had a better backup plan than this.

What would Miami be without Mensah? LSU without Leavitt ? What is OSU without Sayin ? See how that works ? OM without sniffles ? They aren't the same team without their standout qb's.

I get your point, but lsu with Clark would probably still be a dangerous team. But we have a QB whisperer who values depth at the qb position and pays for it.

No way. Clark can run no doubt but he isn't near as polished a passer as Leavitt is.

I would think they might take a step back , but they would still be able to run a somewhat formidable offense

Correct. Sniffles is 30 years old. Mensah is the best.

Kamario’s athleticism covered up our now glaring (and continued season over season) weakness up front.

We lost fluff Bothwell for several weeks (hurt again last night) who also masked OL issues with his yards after contact.

The first 4-weeks were a mirage, nobody can win any games of note with our OLine. OL has been a glaring issue since Lebby stepped foot on campus, yet he has continued to completely ignore it, he won’t last much longer.

All of those teams have more talent across the board when compared to Moo St.

He certainly didn’t buy him any protection (OL).

MSU is operating on a shoe string budget.

No teams have much depth.

MSU's NIL budget leaves room for no depth at all, at any position.

The injuries mount as the season goes along.

It’s Mississippi State, comparing them to a team with deep pockets is retarded.

It’s hard enough for the blue bloods to keep quality back ups around, just look at the drop off at Ohio State with Sayin injured.

They’ve got no choice but to go ‘all in’ with a guy like Taylor, that’s just the nature of college football in 2026 (although Lebby isn’t really worth a frick and will probably be rightfully fired if they lose out).

College football isn’t a video game.
