He is elite. Programs he goes to immediately are at the top and when he leaves they are an embarrassment

So, does mean that Texas will drop to the rear after he's done in Austin?

I still think we will have some struggles but he has definitely exceeded expectations.

Agreed. I think we’ll struggle against really good to elite pitching..

Mendoza and Belyeu look like All Americans though..

ARod Freshman AA.

I think we’ll be really good next year. I do wonder how long Max will stay though.. but Schloss has always had good assistants.

For anyone who moderately follows college baseball, yes

Schloss is definitely a good coach but we hired someone who was 1 year removed from an unpaid coaching position with zero head coaching experience at any level.

In typical Aggie fashion, we made on of the most moronic hiring decisions in school history. We might as well have hired the bat boy or let the players coach themselves in a bold and innovative move by our retarded AD.

Schloss has an elite staff and the pitching coach is the real deal.

The question is can he keep the staff together?

On the flip side, I expect A&M to throw some cash at someone big in the off season. This experiment to keep the team together means nothing at this point.

if you look at how incredibly bad to mediocre TCU was before Schloss, and how much they improved, and were good under him

This. And the AD at TCU is now the AD at Texas. Everyone knew this was bound to happen. And that's why it was weird when he took the Aggie job.

Most (all) of y'all were for hiring him at the time. It was apparently the only way to keep the team intact.

Nobody expected this cataclysmic free fall, not even your rivals.

Elite with zero national championships.

Let’s stick with he’s a good to great coach, but not elite.

He knew he had to leave A&M to have a chance a win a championship! It's hard to get the best players when the only ones that go there are gay and wear assless chaps.

Be more specific, retard. Because he's won 14 national titles at Texas.
