I live 6 miles from his family, it is amazing how both Smith and Sopsher families went from living in literal poverty , to ALL family members driving 80K plus vehicles, new homes ect. . Sam Petito payed “the barber” 50 K just to transport and mentor them. I know actuall amount of $$$$$ given to both families and how it was done, it’s common knowledge around here. But have respect for both families and won’t spill any more beans. REC has unbelievable money, and NCAA knows we all do it so it’s all to highest bidder. And IDNGAF if you Bama fans don’t believe this . Smitty is a GREAT DUDE, we not mad at him

Who cares? I don’t get why any fan would want to gatekeep their fandom. It’s the dumbest comeback.

What’s the “oof” for?
How many championships has AL won w Saban w/o LA players on both sides of the ball?
I mean real players, not just starters
Take those kids off the roster and they don’t win NCs
You’ll see as soon as Saban steps down

well just me, no issues with legit Alabama fans, people born and raised in Alabama and/or Alums from the University. But among human beings, and after all the usual suspects (Nazis, Stalinist, terrorist, murderers, etc, etc, etc,). Again excluding all criminal nuts in the list previous, people like these Louisiana folks who become Alabama fans are the top of the list of the most despicable human beings. Most can't quality for a University or if they did, it was ULL or LA. Tech or some other school in LA so for them to seem relevant or feel relevant in football discussions among the certain type people where Football is their entire identity, they choose to pull for Alabama.
Again, my post is not directed towards folks like you who have ties to the state of Alabama and or the University of Alabama. Much respect of The University of Alabama as an academic Institution and of course Alabama has been a major football power since the 1920's, being the first Southern School to go out West and win a Rose Bowl.

Yeah we actually get a lot of players from Louisiana when LSU has an off-season of instability with Les Miles

I’m happy to accept any Alabama fan. Not everyone was blessed with the opportunity to attend my fine university. If you cheer for the crimson tide, you are ‘legitimate’ in my book.

The ones that Bama doesn't want typically go to LSU.

eta - A lot of people don't know Alabama has the largest and most significant Greek Life experience in the country.

I doubt the REC had to pay much for a 3 star WR that LSU didn't want. Stop talking out of your arse.

All I can say is at least we didn't steal the money from a children's hospital to give to them, so....

Lousiana has had some really good wide receivers come out of there recently.
