... Alabama would destroy FSU head-to-head if they played today. That's the bottom line for the committee's decision.

Is this most deserving or “best”?
Alabama is ranked ahead of Florida State because they a better.
But Florida State is ranked ahead of Georgia because they are more deserving.
There’s no consistency.

I think so, but everyone thought Oregon was gonna beat Washington too. They were almost favored by double digits

I was all for putting UGA in and leaving out Meechigan because they cheated and their coach is an a-hole.
I think we all saw two of the best four teams in the country play in the SECCG. We would play UGA again. I'd look forward to it. I also hope we get to play Texas again.

Then don’t play a regular season. Let the committee just put the teams they “know” are better in the playoffs from the start, since record means jack.
