That lady needed a son and or a husband who would relay to the coach exactly what they were about to do to young Mr. Guice if he was not properly disciplined by the school. Vigilante justice is entirely appropriate where those in charge do not take the proper steps themselves.

Whats way more likely that a star athlete has his little posse who follow him and he wanted to show his arse for his boys so he runs over and does something him and his boys find hilarious: Pretending this superstar athlete wanted to screw an old lady and messing w her. Does anyone have the link to the woman who came forward tonight who corroborated the woman's story about Coach O speaking with the woman after the fact?
If another person comes forward Coach O is done. Its bad enough from a PR standpoint that he was on the coaching staff during Les Miles tenure but the hits keep coming to this athletic department. No way he can survive this at all.

The woman is her granddaughter.
ETA: The article notes that her granddaughter was living with her at the time of the incident which would explain why she happened to be around at the time Coach O called. No phone records or other evidence has been produced...yet.

Let’s be real here. Any school that doesn’t follow proper protocol to report sexual assault allegations from their student athletes will get in trouble. The athletic department’s compliance team is basically their HR. LSU has just been caught multiple times not following proper protocol to the extent where there’s possible cover-ups from the Les Miles situation to what we are now seeing with Guice and Orgeron. Follow the proper procedures, and no one will bat an eye. LSU thought they were slick and got caught with their pants down.
