Derek Mason did basically what Coach Mac did and Boom does and no media uproar

This kind of ties in with the Mizzou thing so I should be good.
I know none of you watched the UF/Vandy slugfest but Derek Mason went absolutely crazy on a player and the refs.
However, the player was white and of course Mason isn't. He spit fire at the refs and looked as if he wanted to fight it out.
Yet, not a single word that I saw from the race baiters in the MSM or ESPN.
Double standards are fun.

I thought it was bull crap that a Vandy player went down on the edge of the field and Mason was yelling at the refs.

Mason was berating the refs almost the entire game. We were all asking what he was so pissed about.

Cuz it's Vandy dude, no one gives a shite about Vandy. If he acted like that at Florida or any of the other Blue blood schools, he might have faced intense scrutiny.
Also, stop with the BS about race...lots of black players/coaches get flack, both justified and unjustified.

Road tater. I finally found something that I can agree with you about. Double standards on race and the hostility they create are one of wrecking balls that will bring down the United States as we know it. There will be more racial and ethnic factions fighting over what will be a smaller slice of the economic pie. I know this is a sports site, but the information is pertinent. As the country continues to shed its middle class, and still gains in overall population, what do you think is going to happen? It's actually not a black and white thing in the big picture. It will be about China, India, the Middle East & Sub-Saharan Africa that will demand the spoils of a Western civilization. Take a look at the European immigration crisis now to see our future.

Um... It's not a race thing it's a "he's the coach of Vandy" thing- seriously unless he punches someone or ruins someone's season no one really cares what Mason does on the sidelines.
