There are no rules now. None. The United States Supreme Court determined that in their infinite wisdom. It's complete and utter chaos and whoever takes the most advantage of it wins. So if he decides to come to LSU so be it. And if he decides to transfer to another school in Week 2 of the season I guess we'll have to live with that until wiser minds prevail. But it is the law.

He is going to honor his UW contract. All of these NIL contracts have exit fees. He (probably his destination school) will simply pay the exit fee. No big deal.
These are not pay for play contracts like pro contracts. They are NIL contracts. You can’t force someone to work for you exclusively unless a CBA has been negotiated and agreed to between union and labor.

Demond has the better upside and is not injured.

More than upside, I think Demond is better right now. Hope he stays but I suspect he won't

Join the military and tell me the contract you signed means nothing and they can't hold you against your will. Let me know how it works out for you.

If one of those Drill Captain guys ever got up in my face I'd knock them clean out.

Too late.

He’s gone

And by the way, why would UW want to keep him now? Why have a QB who has told you he doesn’t want to be there?

Sounds like a recipe for disaster.

OP frick off, and if you are an LSU fan, go pull for another school. Maybe ULL is more your speed.

The NCAA has zero power anymore, let alone the ability to enforce / punish any member. Agents are running collegiate sports now. NIL contracts are not like a standard contract between a company & an employee, as players are not considered employees. Hate it but this is college sports now.
