Just ran across this post on yogwf, a Tulane forum:
"The BCS can declare whatever they want, but only mindless sheep would automatically accept the winner of that game to be the "national" champion. Having seen Boise State play, I have no qualm that Boise State would beat either LSU or Alabama like an outnumbered marine in a Baton Rouge parking lot. So would Oklahome State. We'll never get to find that out. And the NCAA repeatedly washes its hands of what the BCS does."

My D.I. in basic used to tell us that one Marine ain't shite. And he was right, it usually takes #'s of people to take a Marine out.
But I've kicked my fair share of Tulane arse. My feelings aren't hurt.
