I like'm to be honest, he's done a pretty good job with this team I think. This teams not been nearly as talented as the past 3 years.

Yep. We lost our 2 best pitchers, our best hitter / 1B, and our legendary head coach from the teams that made it to the CWS finals 3 years in a row. So I think he has done just fine for his first season given the hand he was dealt. Time will tell if he can improve on it or not.

Yeah I'm fine so far with Chad. He was the guy I wanted when Tanner took over AD. This team has been hurt by injuries and overall just isn't as good as the past 3.

And he's had to work with 5 pitchers, 3 weekend guys & Westy/Webb no one else has been worth a damn in the pen.
OF hasn't been nearly as good this year too imo.
& it seems like we never have a clutch hit for whatever reason.

Yeah those CWS teams were filled with guys when you thought "Ok here he comes.. now we're going to be okay" and that applied for both hitting and pitching.
