Funny how most people outside of Orlando just laugh at you that call UCF the "defending national champions", yet you still get all wadded up when someone says "Co" national championship, when referring to the 2003 LSU title.

The '04 USC Trojans looked good in the early days of their national title defense, too. They went on to win it all, proving themselves the true national champs of 2003 as a result. Let's see if UCF can do the same in 2018.

Not sure how long it lasts but Lane is so outmatched but so far has coached his way back into this game. One of Lane's best performances up to this point.
