Dee Milliner has gone from a top-10 pick by the New York Jets to an unquestioned starter at cornerback to on the roster bubble in two calendar years.

quote:

Right now it seems that Milliner's best-case scenario is battling to be the No. 4 cornerback on the team.

quote:

While players seem to come back as good as new from ACL surgeries now, the same isn't true for Achilles injuries. They can sap a player's movement. It's hard for the Jets to know if he'll be anything close to what they thought they were getting two years ago. The fact that Milliner hasn't been great when healthy doesn't help.

To be fair he has a valid point. Claiborne sucks and he can't put any blame on injuries

Bama has been the best team in the conference since 2008 on a consistent basis.

I wish we had more NFL "busts."

Saban is a great recruiter and his "system" produces high caliber teams that compete for championships. The players get noticed and drafted high.

The NFL is a great league. Many great college players wash out quickly in the show due to performance and/or injury. Milliner got paid.

so, you start a negative thread about a former Bama player with lots of quotes and even took time to bold a quote, yet you say this about a aTm fan.

You didn't write the article but it sounds like you revel in his troubles for what ever reason.

No one else has said it so I will - You're retarded.

Not because of the article on DM but because you're brain is so underdeveloped you can't understand the simple point everyone has pointed out to you.

Good luck not being a burden on society.

Unless he ruptured his Achilles before his first NFL game, he has always been a bust

Jerry will not get any sympathy from me on that pick. When a guy scores a 4 on the wonderlic something is wrong, either he's seriously mentally challenged or doesn't give a flip- either way should be a huge warning sign.

He was suppose to be a shutdown corner while at Bama, but opposing teams would always seem to throw his way.

How about LSU fans worry about beating Bama on the football field and less about the failures or success of adults trying to make it in the NFL?

Every year half of the first round draft picks end up out of the league by the end of their first contract.

NFL stands for Not For Long for a reason. Most careers don't last longer then 4 years (use to be 3, but I think it is 4 now).

It is 7 am here, and I've already heard the dumbest thing I will hear all day.
