Just so I'm aware of the SEC RANT standard for stadiums.
Any stadium having benches in lieu of permanent individual seats is now considered a "dump"?
This definition is timely in that all the benches in Kenan Memorial Stadium were ripped out over the summer and replaced by individual light blue seats.

No, it is just one contributing factor. It's fine to have some bench seating, but to have almost nothing but bench seating is a sign of being poor and dumpy.
Large concourse, less exposed exterior, chair backs, high-end suites and clubs, large TV (multiple is a plus too), etc.

The suites are actually nice. Your photo shows only the seating, not the small kitchen and tables and chairs and TVs in the back. Outside the suites is a concourse with bathrooms and popcorn and a dessert bar. You’d have to be a real snob to not appreciate the amenities at club level.

That stadium really does look like shite. Maybe they will be bringing in more money now with the ACC network and they can get on par with the top 8-10 teams in the SEC.
