Yeah, that's bullshite. You got so scared while hunting, you shot at bushes because you heard a noise. YOU were the one with a gun, you dumbass.

A fool would take that bet. With NCAA recovering from Supreme Court setback, they may need to make a statement. Referring it to a newly created branch who makes a decision that can not be appealed does not bode well for LSU. They only get the worst cases and being relatively new COULD have another go at the death penalty or something very close to it. I wouldn’t even be surprised to see the NCAA closely supervising for up to five years with a staff on campus.
I don’t see the football program in quite as much trouble as basketball. An almost death penalty there and close supervision for it is very realistic.

It'll be less than what Ole Miss got.

You seem so sure in the OP that LSU is getting the death penalty. So surely you want to bet they are.

I don't think LSU will get the death penalty. Probably probation, post season ban, and scholorship reductions.

The tap on the wrist will be right after they cut both legs off of LSU. You frickin do not realize the severity of the situation.

Hearing from sources close to the situation that the NCAA will view the violations holistically and football will be taken into account with basketball violations as a part of lack of institutional control.
Sources say the punishment will be considered similar to USC in which LSU football will see a reduction of 30 scholarships over 3 years, 2-year post-season ban and vacation of wins. The 2019 Championship could be on the chopping block due to what the NCAA views as the LSU administration's cavalier attitude in cheating, sources close to the investigation confirm.
Due to the IARP, LSU will have no recourse for appeal and will have to accept the penalties.
This does not have anything to do with the federal government, more specifically the Dept. of Education's Clery Act investigation into the school due to egregious Title IX violations.
However, it did affect the NCAA's view of the entire LSU institution as a whole and their penchant for making an example of a program run wild.
Sources confirm there will be news on penalties before the end of Spring.
Stay tuned.

Think about how it'll affect the SEC!
That should help Texas and Oklahoma on their way to SEC.
