I think it's a good bet that he's just buying time for the story to die down and no one notice when he doesn't boot him off the team. A normal person would have booted the kid the second he saw the video.

Who started it? For frick's sake, what difference doesn't make? You didn't see enough in the video? This isn't a guy getting a bit physical with a women coming after him. This is a dude beating a women like she was a man while she's laying on the ground. Context is irrelevant.
Mullen may eventually be forced to do the right thing, but the fact that he's even angling to keep him is slimy as frick.

Well absolutely. It's pretty sad but he probably pictures Simmons saving his job and cashing undeserved 4 million dollar pay checks.

And here I did find more video. Unlike the media claiming she was pulled from here car. Click this link and you tell me. Looks more like what witnesses said that Simmoms and another guy got he to get back in her car and leave. Then SHE decided to get out and start up the fight. Because the other video proves Simmons etc didn't pull her from the car? I guess you believe several media that claim he kicked her too. I'm sure the police have all the video.
And by the way, I see a lot more of Simmons trying to get between these girls the more I see. It pains you I know. He let emotions get in the way probably out of frustration but he quickly backed off and again tried to sep the two. Still he was wrong but you rebs want it to be a murder trial.

Here is what will happen.
1) All will be charged with a misdermeanor (which kills you) and Simmons the same because those were not big brutal blows. It shows him trying to seperate them multiple times too.
2) In a few weeks the girl in blue which we now see in more video started swinging first but will claim big injuries to her eye sight, back and neck and loss of memory. Ole Miss spits put attorneys like that and wouldn't shock me if one took the case.
3) If Simmons gets booted, Ole Miss will go after him to recruit him like you do any player nationwide kicked off a team.

Getting charged with a misdemeanor shouldn't get one kicked off a team but violence against women is such a no-no right now. Tough spot for Mullen.

You're in the catbird seat but don't realize it. Had this happened at UT all hell would've broken loose but as it stands State has taken very little heat for what was a pretty bad looking incident. The fact that Mullen can get away with making a statement like that amazes me -- CBJ tossed kids for accusations of hitting their gfs even when there were no charges, no intent to press them and none of the current title 9 stuff the Tennessean is determined to make hay out of. But not once has he ever gotten praised for that and he's done it from day one.
IOW, yeah the view from where you're standing probably sucks but it's not as bad as you might think. I don't think anyone other than trolls are holding MSU or Mullen as being at fault.

Typical of an uneducated troll who wants to believe one thing while going out of your way to dismiss the Nkemdiche garbage. First, have you seen the entire video? Secondly, Nkemdiche did not find trouble on a facebook page smoking a bong. Nor is his biggest problems jumping out a window at a hotel. His problems started long before that creating an issue and resisting arrest. Of course Ole Miss fans like the way that worked out calling it " Failure to comply with a police officer."
He and his brother also beat the snot out of a guy along with a few Ole Miss football players. Isn't it interesting that nobody worries about the 7 on one beating. Only that Nkemdiche boys , or Ole Miss got the charges reduced or dropped.
But there has been a pattern there regardless and it always gets explained away. Yet here we are in focus on a HS kid who has yet to step foot on campus. Ole Miss must love the great deflection, especially the Ncaa issues. You go boy, help them out some.

I saw them all from scout and beyond how you chumps were so upset with Msu because of your Ncaa investigation that it was "Time to organize and smear Msu" and how "No rules, hit them hard."
