This seems like an awkward way of saying he'll be at State.

I hope the Dawgs' staff can straighten him out.

Mississippi State is in a no win situation with this issue.

The kid screwed up and It wouldn't hurt my feeling if he sat out a year or something.

No one outside of State fans are going to blast Mullen for dropping a kid that beat a girl already on the ground. Its the right thing to do but Mullen's hefty paycheck depends on wins so he's going to look the other way on this one.

"The bigger picture" is obviously NOT promoting a safe atmosphere for women in Starkville

I've seen more of the video than the cut version you like to focus on. And Simmons and another guy tried to get the girl to get in her car and leave which she then got out of and started striking Simmon's sister. Again, no excuses for Simmon's but emotions were high and let me add this. Simmons not only got between the two and tried to get her to leave, but even after he did mess up with what I still comsider 2 inch little nothings, he stood up and tried to pull his sister away.

I'm sure the girl who started swimging will now claim Simmons kicked her and that she suffered back, neck and loss of vission injuries in a lawsuit. Give it a month.

The entire video does not lie but the one I got to see you can't find anymore. Isn't that interesting how that happens. But there was a much longer video.

Sorantable please. It could be a 30 minute video and it still doesn't justify him beating a woman on the ground.

You should just admit that all you care about here is keeping your top recruit on the team. Making bogus excuses just makes State posters looks as bad as their coach.

Mississippi State is a "Higher Research" institute according to the Carnegie classification, you can imagine that the research effort regarding the Simmons situation is top of the line, bar none.

Where is the uncut video? It just disappeared magically so the media has a story? Maybe the police have it.

I do. While he did wrong it does show who started this and that putting things in perspective, this was his family and emotions ran high. Furthermore that girl from what I understand has a history of trouble making.

It doesn't matter who started it. He's a huge fricking dude who could easily kill her and he punches her like 5 times in a row while she's on the ground. You can deny it but you're defending him and it's disgusting. How would you feel if that was your sister?

He needs to gather all the details? Hahaha.
Do you need the entire rundown of what took place to justify beating a girl's face in?
