You don't have to go from one extreme to the other. I can promise you I have never even alluded to our job being one of the tops in the country.

Yeah -- because that's not what I actually said nor what I meant. It's what you took from it and twisted up into your own little agenda to "lolz engie is wrong!!1!1" instead of just taking an obvious implied meaning and moving on like everyone else.

Nice straw man.

You stated, "State is one of the better jobs in the country as it's currently configured."

Please tell me the context you "meant" and, while we're on the subject, tell me how I "twisted" your words "into [my] own little agenda."

How much more obvious can you get than "State is one of the better jobs in the country as it's currently configured?"

DynastyDog said yall had every facilities advantage and it wasn't even debatable.

He's full of shite

Outside of the IPF, how exactly is that statement incorrect? When you finish your basketball arena that will be nicer, but we will still have the better football stadium and baseball stadium. The Seal complex we just built is nicer than what y'all have.

Did MSU build the Palmiero Center before or after the steroid scandal?

The thing he left out of his argument was that he never said no coach would ever be hired away for prestige. He knows that could happen. He just used the money thing to sound cool, but it was just another cloak argument that didn't matter for the point at hand.

Are you still talking about me or is this about Engie?

I have no beef with you, DD.

Your boy, engie, is attempting to "thwart my attacks" by changing the perception of my attacks to something he can actually defeat, which is a logical fallacy.

He very clearly stated: "State is one of the better jobs in the country as it's currently configured" and claims I "twisted" his words "into [my] own little agenda."

Straw man.

We'll see that's your problem, the walls are made from tin.

Our IPF's walls are titanium/indium alloy. High nickel content as well to combat corrosion

Hopefully we will be able to deliver on the baseball stadium.

Maybe you will, but it won't be for the pricetag yall announced. Not even close.

Why wouldn't it be? LSU's pricetag was 36+ Mil. Why do some of you keep saying it won't cost this much?

Naa, my biggest issue was him saying State was one of the top jobs in the country. I forget his exact language and I don't care enough to look it up.

Surely y'all are talking about Engie. I have never said any of this shite.

I'm not a huge fan of Hugh Freeze, but he's lights years better than Dan Mullen. No fricking doubt about it.

It surprises me that they never considered changing the name. I doubt Arizona State or USC has a Barry Bonds Center and a Mark Mcgwire Center.

It was explained ITT, I'm almost positive, or someone alluded to what he meant.

Taking into consideration expectations and money, it is one of the better jobs in the country.

You can get paid at an elite level, no not Nick Saban money, but you can be in the top 25 in the country. Doesn't matter where it's at, if you're in the top 25 it's pretty damn good.

Now couple that with the fact that if you consistently win 8 games, you will be the king of your domain and unquestioned leader most years.

Because you left out the IPF. That's why your statement was full of shite. You said better facilities in every way and it wasn't debatable. You left out the 2nd biggest facility we have.

Man come the frick on. It's probably not actually made from tin. You got my point though. Do you know if your baseball team practiced inside the "titanium/indium alloy" material that it wouldn't dent said walls? I have no idea.

Well he did pay for it. The money is still good. Did you guys refund Dickie Scruggs donations?

That doesn't mean I'm "full of shite". I already said I forgot y'all built a new one.

If I were, in fact, full of shite, I would then argue that what we have is still better.

You can't do that shite with me. If I'm wrong, I'll tell you I'm wrong. I'm not going to spin it as to never admit shortcomings. That's when someone is full of shite, so keep that type of accusations between you and engie.

Yes and OM has been said to have some of the best "bang for your buck" education in the nation. Still doesn't mean shite.

Basically he's saying, out of all the jobs there are some shitty ones and out of all the shitty ones with low expectations, we have the best.

I'm not sure but I'm not denying that Scruggs is a crooked bastard. I am pretty sure we don't have a building called the Dickie Scruggs Center or Scruggs Hall
