So your points of disagreement can be broken down to
1. College football coaches should act like middle class white collar workers
And
2. U DONT KNOW IF SABUN WOZ MEAN THO!!!!!1
well thought out response tard

Didn’t Billy Gonzales leave a post-it note on Urban’s desk when he left to go to LSU?

It’s a bitch move, but he’s not the first nor will he be the last

He prob should have crashed a motorcycle and gone out in style.
That would’ve been classy right hog?

I believe it would be an absolute nightmare working for a prick like Saban, but this is an embarrassing way to handle the situation (if true). And I don't think being nervous about Saban flying off the handle is a good excuse. If your boss is angry at you for doing what you think is best for you and your family, then tell him he's a selfish bastard and that he can go frick himself.

It is generally good practice to notify your employer that you are leaving.
Never understood this concept. They don’t give notification that they are going to fire you and that’s exactly what quiting a job is. You are essentially firing that job and getting a better employee (I.e. a better job).

He claims he told them. And the per the Athletic article the staff all knew when Saban asked where the hell he was but no one wanted to be the one to tell him.
It honestly sounds like someone still on staff either dropped the ball or pussed out in informing Saban.

Wouldn’t it make sense for Enos to have a conversation with Saban first? Only other person that should be told before Saban would be the AD. Hard to blame this on a staff member informing Saban. Enos should have done that himself and not have someone else do it for him. I’ve left jobs for better opportunities. My boss always knew about it before my colleagues. That’s just the professional thing to do.

I agree with you, but we're talking about Nick "I guess I have to say it. I'm not going to be the Alabama coach." Saban.
Karma.
Cosmic Justice.
What goes around comes around.
As you sow, so shall you reap.
You get it.

is that he would leave so quickly and without hesitation, given what Bama brings back on offense. Tua and the boys are gonna put on a show next year to the tune of 45-50 average ppg.
Maybe he prefers beaches and not getting verbally abused regularly by an raging a-hole.
Under normal circumstances I would agree that it was a bitch, classless move by Enos. However, working for an abusive dick like Saban may warrant it. Yeah, he is a grown man and should stand up but Saban doesn't sound like he treats his assistants as men.

People are saying it's a bitch move by Enos. What everyone seems to forget is saban done the same thing at Miami. Oh the hypocrisy.

Enos is pretty much my hero

He was great on The Dukes of Hazard.

Oh you mean like hoe Saban did to LSU.
Maybe Enos learned from the best.

The trash is here. Listen the guy got a promotion to OC @ UM! Something he may have gotten @ Bama @ some point but likely not since His boss was actively shopping around and had a long long time to offer (Locksley was named HC @ MD a while back). And he obviously left the right way as he indicated in his message. A tweet that if untrue would make him a liar on top of dis-respectful. The guy got promoted and got far more money and did the right thing.

LOL. Liar or dumass or just creepy, which one? Probably all.. Saban spent time with the owner informing him. He had a great deal of respect forhim and remained close. Listen, being little bro can be tough but it doesn't have to warp you or your personality. Why don't you say this. Saban is a driven person who works harder than most anyone not named Dabo. And that pace is hard on people around him. And he is 24/7 consumed and that is also tough.

If he hated Bama and Saban he never should have accepted the job in the first place. He left like a petulant teenager.

This Enos situation would more akin to showing up on Monday with your shite in a dumpster because the boss didn't want to have an awkward conversation Friday afternoon. No company fires people like that
