Starkvegas is a nice upscale town with wonderful eatries that feature smoked catfish, fried catfish and hush puppies, grilled catfish, sautéed catfish, catfish gumbo, catfish patties, catfish sandwiches with all the fixings and sides of potato fries.

I don’t like catfish and I was able to live and eat in Starkville for 4 years. Another dumbfrick that’s never been outside of his hometown of Pahokee, FL

There's a dozen or so hotels in Starkville, including a boutique hotel with beer garden downtown. There are additional hotels in Columbus, about 20 minutes away. Starkville is a similar size town to Oxford.
