Tre Morgan could've covered Arkansas' Bermuda Triangle all by himself!

Yeah I know it was lack of communication between the three.
Y’all had no one take charge and watched it slip away.

AS an LSU fan, I respect Van Horn and Arkansas and that dropped fly ball almost felt as bad to me as losing to gators in '17. ALMOST.

I can't think of any other instance where one major screw up literally prevented a team from winning a championship; Arkansas collapsed afterward and got destroyed the following night, granted, but that catch gives them a natty.
Buckner is more famous, of course, but the game was tied so his failure allowed a win/forced Game 7as opposed to objectively failing to secure the World Series victory.

It was blatantly obvious Shaddy took charge and called everyone off. He just overplayed it.

Is that the most soul crushing loss in Arkansas sports history? I hope so. Can’t imagine much worse.

98 Stoernover and 69 Texas football games are its only rivals.

Serious question. LSU is losing a lot from this NC team.
Does LSU have the players right now to repeat, or is it assumed that LSU will get star players out of the portal like they did last year?

I’m curious about this, too. There is a ton of talent, but I’d love to hear D1 baseball breakdown why LSU is a consensus pick to get back to Omaha.
