Don't get your hopes up on Twany, he fricking sucks

I mean he did have to have bone spurs removed from both hips.
I don't expect him to start but figured he could provide some reserve minutes in case of foul trouble or when guys get winded.

That game was actually at Davidson, and the big three (Jenkins, Taylor, and Ezeli) played extremely well, even with Ezeli only playing less than twenty minutes and with his leg in a huge brace. The big man coming in after the break could let Vandy finally work on the perimeter. They were working with an 18 point lead till he fouled out.

Speaking of State, Twany Beckham should be eligible for his first game on 12/17. Kid looked good in the Blue/White Scrimmage and should provide some depth for us.
Horrible player. He can't shoot and his assist to turnover ratio is like 1:3 decent defender

I couldn't stand him while he was at state. I remember he missed 2 wide open layups in one game
I'll always remember him for this

They are no different then Miami, Depaul, TCU or Penn St. Good but not great. We have taken care of all of those caliber teams we have played. Will we win all of them, probably not but to this point we haven't lost to a team like that yet. Our only loss is to Marquette who is running shite right now.

Well good, I think the other guys on the court can handle everything else while Teague/Lamb are catching their breath.
We don't need much considering this has been our backup PG for the past year and a half

It's so pitiful where LSU basketball is, it's hard for me to care about the rest when they stink like they do

This is exactly how I felt after the La Tech game in football. I love college football but it is hard to watch a sport that your team sucks at. Yall need to get rid of Trent ASAP. With the money yall have yall could pull Shaka Smart or the guy from Butler. No reason to have a Stanford leftover.

(I know just an example)
but, Brad Stevens isn't leaving Butler for LSU

I'd like to see how we look in a few weeks. Shoop White and Jalen Kendrick(McD's AA) still have one more game to sit out and then they can play. Their grades should be posted before the game Wednesday. Give them a week or two to get back into playing form and hopefully we can start wrecking shite.

The USM and Dayton games will tell the story for us. I'm really curious on how Kendrick is going to fit in. Is he going to sit Williams who has been our most consistent guard to this point. Is he going to put Kendrick on the ball or let Jarvis keep playing point? (He screwed up when he left Warren on the ball and let Terico play the 2 IMO). It also wouldn't surprise me if Snoop gets sat down and ends up redshirting. We will already have Summers, Nelson, Williams, Kendrick, Henry, Buckner, Cox, and Holloway in the rotation. This isn't even counting either of the Jonses or Steadman Short who might have been our best big at times last year. I just don't see that many minutes out there. Why would you burn his redshirt for half a season if isn't going to be playing for than 6 min a game? It will be fun to watch though.

completely agree. 'rico was a play maker.

Very true. Team looks stacked.
btw....a 4-5 Lafayette just beat Penn State.

I know that game we didn't look pretty. Not making excuses but it was the weekend before finals week and they had to travel across the country. It was on their home floor and they shot much better form outside than they had all year. (WAOM right). We looked like we didn't want to be there in the first half but I just have to keep telling myself that good teams find a way to win on the road and come March if we can avoid have a couple of those non-conference bad losses that we normally have, I think we have a shot. At this point that is all we can ask for.

I remember the B10 announcers talk about how PSU always shoots around 40% in the 1st half and 60% in the second. They most definitely played better than normal 1st half.

Truth. AK teams of past would have lost at least the Miami and PSU game....probably Depaul as well. We've really never been able to handle adversity late in the game. We're doing a lot better at that this season.

I really wish I could right my 25 page paper on Ole Miss basketball. I probably have done more research on it that I have for my actual topic, The Suez Crisis from the British point of view, mainly focused on the media.
Oh well back to the grind or freeze or whatever the hell the new phrase is now.
