I know that we get away with a call here and there but not as many as LSU and other fan's think. We have had calls go against us. It all evens out I suppose.

never has one fan base cried so much. Blame is easy to cast on others, maybe your punter needs to know the rules.

As an Auburn fan and Saints fan, I have to say something is in the water down here that make people whine and bitch about officiating like it's their job.
I'm embarrassed as a Saints fan. As a non-LSU fan I say "Grow up and get over shite from 4 goddamn years ago. Your fanbase acts as if no questionable calls in the history of time have ever gone your way, and anything that could slightly be considered debatable that doesn't is you getting blatantly robbed. shite happens. Get over it."

I honestly think calls both both ways, some we get away with but sme the team we are facing gets away with. That int LSU had against bama was a bad one but I don't think it was a "let's make sure lsu loses this game" deal. I think people underestimate how good these officals actually see the plays as opposed to us at home or in the stands. Bad calls happen of course, but to say ur right instead of the offical who was standing right there is retarded. Like it or not, they are usually right.

You've got to be an effing retard to blame the Wing penalty on the officials. That call was perfectly made and was done EXACTLY the way the NCAA mandated when they put the stupid rule in. You got a problem with that? Gripe at the coaches...including your own. They're the ones that wanted the rule.
Complain about the rule all you want...the NCAA, the rules committees, the coaches...but don't complain because the officials did their job exactly the way they are supposed to.

I think the refs do a good job, especially compared to BigE and others like the MWC, ConfUSA.
Fans complain about refs not matter what sport or what level of play. It is an obsession that I believe has to lessen the ability to truly enjoy a sporting event.
Sit back and enjoy the game, realize that the refs will miss some every game.
On a side note, it seems that bashing announcers is the thing to do now. How in the hell someone can let what announcers say on a broadcast bother them is beyond me.
