It's not his lawyer I got it from. I was discussing it last weekend with my girlfriend (who has her JD) and her 3 friends (2 of whom are prosecutors). It will be hard for anyone to get a conviction because it will be hard to prove beyond a reasonable doubt without prints or a confession that he had knowledge the gun was there, especially since the car technically isn't his.

Hell no, the kid comes from one of the worst neighborhoods in Columbus. The lawyer has represented UGA athletes in the past and every lawyer has to do pro bono work...might as well do pro bono that gets publicity.

I've been wondering that too. Maybe he made an arrangement where he'll pay him a bunch if he winds up saving his NFL career, but there's no way he has the money for this guy.

Anyway, I really don't wanna see Crow on LSU or Bama.

As long as he shows up to trial I don't see it as a major problem

They don't have to be relevant in the FCS the kid's goal is to get to the NFL and he still can if he get his head together

Bama St new stadium still won't make them relevant in FCS but congrats to them it will be nice when finish!

If the Feds step in he's screwed. They don't have to prove the gun is his just prove he likely knew it was there.

I have a feeling the feds won't get involved, provided the gun wasn't involved in a crime before, and leave it to the state.

I have a feeling this is one of those where he gets a slap on the wrist and nothing gets done.
