If SMU is in, say goodbye to future intersectional games. It’s now just a race to 11 wins. NCAA bball had the same problem with teams scheduling for 20 wins. The issue was finally resolved and we have better pre conference games. Has the CF committee considered that? We will see.

SMU also doesn't have losses to TWO 6-6 teams in which one scored 40 points on them as the #1 team in the country at the time and the other held Bama to 3...neither loss was a fluke, their asses were handed to them that day...
and at least SMU made it to their conference title game which is actually a plus...

These frickers really don't understand what they are rooting for. If I was an AD we would never ever schedule a marquee game again. What's the benefit? If you lose you risk your entire season. But just like paying players and opening the transfer portal these idiots cheer it on, just because they hate whatever team is winning at the moment or has been winning. fricking stupid lemmings, without a logical working brain.
