The local PD will suspend him at most and try to make the victim out to be worse. Luckily several were recording and if they lie may be a new, even audio, recording of it will come out showing they were lying. It's hard to get a cop charged without the media blowing it up.

I love when crooked cops are outted.

frick off. You only have to be a decent human being to not support the actions or trash cops in that video. And if you support it, you’re as big a piece of shite as the cops beating the frick out of old men.

So that’s a yes? Do you support all of antifa’s positions or just their call to use force against cops?

Don’t know what happened (and neither it seems does anybody in this thread) but cops very much know the consequences.

Those consequences are why we end up with the cops we do.

Personally know the family of the officer In the ATL Wendy’s debacle. Entire family had their lives ruined and did nothing wrong bc internet warriors jumped to conclusions and fueled social misfits.

Do you oppose the use of force against all criminals or just ones who happen to be cops?

1983 civil action for violation of a federal civil rights by a state actor.

What you do if you really want to is explain how you're not in the wrong, tell them you disagree, tell them they have no basis to detain or arrest you, and tell them you do not consent to removal but you do not resist if they want to arrest you. Make them arrest you, but do not get loud and cuss, giving off the potential to be a physical threat.

Then you have a violation of civil rights, you don't look like a drunk buffoon which would hurt your case, and you don't get a resisting charge.

not a robbery attempt where he needed to be tased and beaten to a pulp in front of children.

Which is why, even when polic are wrong, you do not litigate with the police...You will not win.

As a defense attorney, I will always advise to not litigate your case with the cops on the street. Every attorney will say that. The police can be wrong and can and will be sued, but when they've made up their mind, you're not winning your case out there.

You will when there is public outcry

This is the problem with dumb fricks like you. Your mouth is so full of boot polish and blue cock that you’ll defend any bullshite action even when your eyes see the truth. You don’t have to be Antifa or any other extremist to call this bullshite out. You’re so fricking ignorant that you’ve equated not giving full throated support to this as extremism. frick you, you worthless piece of shite.

Until we know what actually happened, you can’t take a side to be the correct version.

You realize that a person can hold two positions at once don’t you? A person can hate Antifa and wish nothing but the worst for them. Yet at the same time that same person can also believe that Antifa being assholes doesn’t give cops carte blanche to beat the hell out of every single person they come in contact with.

If you truly support law enforcement, you should hate videos like this more than anyone. Because all videos like this do is make otherwise reasonable, law abiding citizens dislike and distrust the police. I am one of them.

No, most cops are not psychopaths. But you don’t really know which ones are which until one of the psychopaths beat the hell out of someone. And then the entire thin blue line will circle the wagons to protect the psychopath, which just further deteriorates the publics trust in them.

That’s a crazy video, there has to be a better way to handle it

I’ve always been one for a sleeping dart gun instead of a taser

Guy gets confrontational doesn’t want to comply, you shoot them with a little drowsy dart

Tasers usually only work consistently on small people that aren’t pumped up with testosterone

Had the cops done the right thing one would have taken one of the children to his parents and asked to see his ticket. After he was shown the tickets he should have signaled his partner to let the others return to their seats. That is what the great majority of police officers would have done.
Now those two are in deep shite. When that clip is shown to a jury deciding on the amount of money awarded to the victims it will be open and shut. If I was on the jury I would double what ever they were asking for.
