Yes, regardless of what the state does initially a citizens civic duty to the state is to comply and hope that the second phase of the states demands are favorable to the citizen. Compliance is the civic duty of people living in a police state. Failure to do so for any reason is justification for the state to execute the citizen on the spot.

There is another video of a completely different incident with these same cops assaulting / beating up another set of fans. Obviously a good portion of people on tRant are probably in the ‘cops are always in the right camp’ but when the same set of officers are involved in multiple altercations on the same day, it’s safe to say that they may be resorting to force a bit too quickly, and there are probably other ways to diffuse the situation instead of literally getting into a fist fight with people trying to watch a football game. Morons.

Which is why, even when polic are wrong, you do not litigate with the police...You will not win.
As a defense attorney, I will always advise to not litigate your case with the cops on the street. Every attorney will say that. The police can be wrong and can and will be sued, but when they've made up their mind, you're not winning your case out there.

Trump wants to give cops blanket immunity.

The victim will win bigger since he stood up for his individual rights and could’ve been killed by what the cops did. Had he simply complied as you suggest, then nothing would have happened or filmed. Instead the criminal cops would have chalked up a win and the fan likely escorted from the game for no reason.
It’s clear these officers don’t have the self discipline to wear a badge and carry weapons, and uphold their civic duty.
Complying as you suggested would’ve given these thugs the ability to carry more and more behavior like this.

Seriously…. Comply or die. This is what is required when one lives in a police state. Your rights do not exist when you encounter an agent of the state initially. When this happens you and your property belongs to the state….your only hope is that the second phase of the states action against you and your property ends favorably. You have no rights in a police state….the police can do anything they please and your duty as a citizen is to comply or die. Your self and your property belong to the state. Comply or die.

Don't know what he said before that, but I'd advise not calling a black cop the N-word and telling him to pull his gun out. Not smart.
Please direct me to the list of words that it is unlawful to say. then direct me to the list of words that allows me to beat the shite out of someone if they say them to me.

Serious legal question. I’m sitting in the stands and a cop approaches and tells me to leave. I do as told because I live in a police state. What are my damages? I lost the value of my ticket, the enjoyment of the game. Short of having some serious damages that are backed up by documentation- doctor bills, whatever, I am going to sue for the cost of the ticket and loss on enjoyment of the game? And I’m going to prevail when the person making that determination, initially, is an agent of the same state? If the law of the land is that one must comply with a policeman’s demands regardless of the legality of the demand and resulting damages are severely limited because nothing was done which anyone is liable for….there is nothing to litigate

This is the gospel. Comply or die. That is the only way to survive in a police state. It’s best not to leave home at all but that’s not possible so when you absolutely have to be out in public be aware that no matter what the state tells you to do your civic duty is to simply comply or die. If you are lucky you will survive the initial encounter and move on to phase 2 of the process where one agent of the state asks a second agent what happened and the second agent then explains to you that your civic duty is to comply with any and all demands of the state. Comply or die….it’s the only way to survive in a police state.
quote:
Shouldn’t be. That poor police officer is doing the 25th most dangerous job in America. Not as dangerous as landscaping or garbage collecting but still 25th most dangerous. He is terrified that he isn’t going home to his family in the evening despite the fact that millions of people work in 24 jobs more dangerous than his who are not terrified out of their minds that death is imminent. Notice how armed he is due to this fear….it’d be unthinkable to do game security without a pistol and a taser….except of course for the hundreds of unarmed security personnel at the game…because after all he has the 25th most dangerous job in America. He is also agent of the state and ALL citizens have a civic duty to comply with the demands of the state without question. Failure to do so is to run the risk of the state executing the citizen on the spot and rightfully so….the state can’t have its citizens questioning its authority for ANY reason.
quote:
It doesn’t matter what he was doing, no matter how one encounters a representative of the state one must comply or die. Can’t have citizens questioning the authority of the state. Citizens rights ONLY matter in interactions where the state is uninvolved. When the state say jump by god start jumping….comply or die….it’s a simple concept. The state is infallible…. you civic duty is to comply or die.

Honestly this is going to eventually start happening. I would have zero sympathy if that crowd had decided to beat the living shite out of both of those cops. They behave the way they do because they have zero fear of consequences and repercussions. Why should they? You can’t sue them. You can’t charge them and it takes an act of God to fire them. Even if they are fired they’ll just get hired on somewhere else.

Cops hate cameras everywhere now. The Black cop should be fired right now with no questions asked. No cop should just run in on an unarmed person and start punching them like they are fighting.
The guy flicked his arm off way earlier thinking probably it was his wife but at the time the cop started punching he had no right to be. He should have at the most had his stick out on him. The guy was just trying to straight up show he can punch people. Was in the other video too.
I guess the academy taught him to taze and then go Muhammad Ali if that doesn't work.

frick off. You only have to be a decent human being to not support the actions or trash cops in that video. And if you support it, you’re as big a piece of shite as the cops beating the frick out of old men.

You missed the part where he got out his handcuffs, which he then used as a weapon, like brass knuckles, while punching the guy…
