Does anyone really doubt that he's far far more competent than the guys who are running for governor? The fact that he's a Democrat (apparently) is just the icing on the cake, I'd vote for him even if he was a Republican.

Can you imagine the things that would get done if he and Dale Peterson teamed up?

I think Tom Osbourne lost the governor election in Nebraska, being a great coach doesn't mean people want you in office. If I need heart surgery I'm not going to have a brain surgeon do the operation.

Tom Osborne was a really good coach and so is Nick Saban. For that, it takes intelligence. For politics, both are overqualified.
