Since the turn of the century, Tennessee has been to the SEC Championship Game three times. Ole Miss hasn't been to one.

An 18 year old has been alive for exactly one of those for Tennessee and they were 2.

An 18 year old was alive for 2 of those and once again they were 2 years old for one of them

Ole miss has made 3 New Years 6 bowl games in that time Tennessee has been to one.

Ole miss has the more proven head coach. Ole miss has a better talent base (albeit shared with msu)

And that one was just this year where they crushed Clemson (a team that has been dominant in every 18-year-old’s life) with a back-up QB.

Who is just waiting for a better job to open up.

And yet Tennessee had the better class in 2023 by a long shot.

And as I mentioned in my edited OP, Tennessee has a better W-L record over the last 18 years than Ole Miss does.

So LSU fans are championing the Aggies as a great football program now after all the bullshite they've spewed for 11 years.

Never thought I'd see that day but Jimbo is LSU's daddy.

So Nick Saban is whining to the national media about the SEC making him play LSU every year.

Shouldn't you have at least a winning record before you can be someone's daddy?

Poor little guy has taken two deep dickings from daddy Nick and now LSU fans think because he stole a game in OT with a pick play he's the daddy.

You can cry all you want, your coach admitted himself it was an illegal play they had been penalized before for using.

Saban enjoys a good bitching in the offseason. Nothing new.

At any rate, Alabama already plays Auburn, LSU, and Tennessee every year anyway so who cares about that…I’m excited to have more of our schedule loaded up with East division cupcakes. The disparity in the current alignment has always been that the West has a good bit more quality top to bottom than the East.

In the past 10 years Tennessee is 10th out of 14 in conference winning percentage. Saban is only saying this because he lost to Tennessee for the first time in like 16 years. The schedule is completely fair.

Excellent point, thank you.

Where does Auburn stand in that time frame?

Why would anyone care what Brian Kelly thinks? What has he ever accomplished in college football? Has he won a title? Has he ever been to the playoff and not been humiliated? He's already an older man, with a ton of mileage on the odometer. What we like to refer to as a retread in the business. No, just don't understand why he would even matter.
