I don't think any Mizzou fan that actually watched the games really does. I'm hoping it's a good game we can pull out. Anyone predicting anything more than that is a sunshine pumping football know nothing or is just fishing.

No doubt. A defense that porous, that tackles like this one does, is a coin flip at best against Vandy.

They haven't played each other since before the fricking depression. Are you really digging that far to find something with which to shite on Mizzou?

Why do you always have to bring it back to Mizzou? Are you that narcissistic or insecure to not look at the other school while looking at your own?

Take a look at this graph LINK and look at how good Vanderbilt was until World War II. Many good football schools never recovered to their former glory but at least they paid their dues early on in the pioneer days of college football. Early Vanderbilt leadership helped built this conference and the NCAA as well. Georgia tech, Tulane, and Sewanee have all fallen behind and dropped out of the SEC and only Vandy remains to stand stalwart in the face of many losses yet they are still here. You could learn something from that but instead you only look in the mirror and preen with great vanity. If you lose this year will you still makes excuses like a petulant child or will you step up to the plate, say "good game", and dust yourself off for the next battle?

ps. The Texas comment was not a full on dig at the Tigers but involves the history of the Dores beating Texas at the State Fair so many times that the longhorns stopped playing them and started playing Oklahoma there instead.

A voice of reason.

Both teams have a chance and it should be a good game. One team will win and one will not and everybody will move onto the next week. I just hope for a close and exciting game.

You dumbass. You said:
quote:

On top of all that the Dores own an 8-3-1 record over Texas, while Mizzou's record against the Longhorns is just 9-17-1.

And I said they hadn't played since the depression and that you're stupid for bringing it up.

Now I'm narcissistic for making it about Mizzou because your original statement wasn't about Mizzou?

Don't start bringing Vandy graphs into this making it seem like your original statement was about Vanderbilt and not about you shitting on Mizzou as you always do.

Now go home and get your fricking shinebox.

Mizzou, still looking for that first SEC win over a team that will not fire its coach at the end of the season.

Your OP is a smack talk against the mother of all of us and others on this thread had said as much yet you keep trying to slow troll the board. I just posted some background on Vanderbilt especially after you tried to cull them from the herd to try and demonstrate Mizzou dominance. Now that it has failed you are grasping at straws to try and diffuse the point. It is things like this that make folks feel anti SEC when you attack the mother who gave birth to us all.

I think you're a little confused and amped up. Your tone is that of someone that is refuting or proving me wrong. But there really isn't anything in my OP to prove wrong. Obviously no one knows who will win Saturday, and my tone about dominating them is in jest, in the spirit of the rant. We may very well kill em, but I don't know that.

My, how original

Such an internet tough guy you are.

I am shaking in my shoes.

(from laughing so hard at your weak smack talk)

Now that is some smack talk.

I'm not smack talking, you dumb frick. I'm bringing up the fact that you're talking shite and are too much of a bitch to admit it. You like your little bullshite jabs and then make it seem like you're not talking shite.

Are you a Vandy fan today? Have you traded in your Kentucky fan card yet?

Eh, frick it. Not going personal.

Good to have more Mizzou posters, unless, of course you start stupid arse threads like this. With our history of the last 30 years in football, we have no room to chest pump. Especially in the best college football conference in America.

shite like this adds on to the dislike of some around here towards Mizzou and reinforces the nonsense that we don't belong. I hope we do beat Vandy, and if we do, it's still nothing to brag about (no offense Vandy). I just don't understand some of our own fanbase here at the rant.

Look, I get it you feel insecure because of last year but let it go man. This is a new season and Mizzou is undefeated. Enjoy the good times and accept the bad. These are games played by kids with their whole lives ahead of them and we are just along for the ride to enjoy the show.

I took this exact stance last year, but the fact of the matter is that the trailer dwellers of the rant will always have a problem with Mizzou no matter what. Every fanbase has their douches, it is what it is.

Our douches post about being awesome and how southern Missouri is, everyone else's douches talk about how awesome they are and how big a mistake Mizzou is.

And yet you pile on to the one poster who has never posted that Mizzou does not belong in the SEC. Ironic?

Please, I'm fine with Mizzou.

I'm not fine with you taking your little fruity jabs and then pretending like you're not a troll. You may be a gentle troll, but you're a troll. Stop trying to make it seem like we're flying off the handle when we respond. You dislike Mizzou, at least have the courage to admit it instead of doing your little bullshite act.

You're a troll, own it. I'm glad to see you've moved on from Women's Soccer and Basketball attendance shite talk though. Way to develop your game, maybe someday you'll get yourself developed enough to pick a team, I know that's tough.

If you want my suggestion, I'd suggest you pick the SEC school that's closest to the community college you attended.
