Which was not easy. They go all the way back to the '40's and earlier begging for attention from The University of Alabama. Pitching fits and threatening lawsuits and doing most anything possible to get us to notice them and come out and play with them. Well UA did and in doing so we made them into a recognized name. And now here you are. On your knees begging for national sympathy. And complaining about Bama beating your favorite school up. Forgetting yours has delivered the same to UA. And yes the whine is working in these days of victim sky screaming. Win lose or draw Saturday in the actual game you have already lost! Lost the respect of competitors everywhere.
Further you currently have a team and a coach that is capable of winning this game on it's own merits. Without help from LSU's own SEC officials and an LSU's embarrassed SEC office.

It did. But the LSU fans didn't get the message. This team and coaches don't need any extra help. You just destroyed a team we struggled to beat by 3 points. LSU can whip anyone by multiple scores. Yet your fans whine.

Good point. I miss ole Hugh. And I predict he will at some point be back in a big way. A little less obvious of course. And I'm not speaking of the women habit.

This is the exact reason why they are frustrated. You even stated they have the team and ability to compete with anyone and they don't want the season tarnished by officials. They have already made a huge impact on this game with a bullshite call.

Fear? It's a college football game, not open heart surgery. Mister I raised 4 daughters and sent them all off to college, That's fear. I lived in Houston and traveled by auto across south La including dodging the Scott speed traps on I-10 for about 20 years. That's fear. Nothing that can happen Sat will change anything from a sports fans perspective. Bama has won and won and won. And LSU has won more than their share as well. But the damage to LSU's proud fan base's image is now there. And no one at the school has stepped up, as far as I know, to reassure fans that good sportsmanship is a part of the relationship with the other schools that make up the SEC. LSU is the league along with 13 other institutions. There is no mysterious SEC entity. It is LSU and 13 other institutions forming an agreement. And each is part and parcel to owning the employees there. Including the key So LA contingent.
