Both ya'lls defenses got exposed. You haven't been watching Mettenberger. He will shred your defenses like he's done this year so far. Mettenberger will win the Heisman!! Sorry to be the one to tell you.

Nope. It's about matchups. TAMU matched up well vs. Bama. Bama matches up well vs. LSU. LSU matches up well vs. TAMU.

I think Manziel will always get his yards.

But they still have to STOP the other team's offense....

LSU fans seriously gauge their team versus 3 cupcakes? I sure we have 3 on our schedule this year, but we already played a top 10 team with one of the highest scoring offenses in the country at their home and won... When LSU does that, then talk smack. Going around beating little child schools doesnt give you any damn bragging rights!

It's an old football adage. Live by the JFF, die by the JFF.

Thanks. I've been to a few stadiums in my life but I have to admit that was the one of the coolest things I've ever seen. Also the nicest fan base I've ever encountered. Class act all the way around. I hope we don't have to play that guy again. Best college football player I've ever seen.

I agree. I am not too worried about Bama D, they will settle in and keep getting better. I dont think the TAMU game is a good gauge on where the D is right now. A team like TAMU is gonna get their yards and playing that type team with a QB like JFF is going to skew the stats.

We just gave up the most yards in the history of our program maybe.

Don't overdo it.

But thanks. It was a maddening game. Happy for the win, happy for the fairly clean play ans sportsmanship.

But I hope I never see 600 put on Alabama again. We are and have been since forever a defensively minded program, and without it we don't win again this year. Period.

We can get better. But I expect LSU to handle them better. I can't imagine their secondary doing worse, and they'll catch them later in the season.

I like the win, but we got embarrassed defensively.

It's a win-win. We got the victory, and coaching material.

Alabama is well coached and sound in all aspects of the game. Just wanted to congratulate you on winning in Kyle Field.

Just happy that JFF and Sumlin covered my spread!

As one sports story had it, the only good thing coming out of this game was that either Saban or JFF was going to lose...

Why the hell are the LSU fans so scared on this site? It's over a month until we play.
