By all accounts CDC seems to be someone that can get things done. He’s competent. Competent people run a very tight fricking ship because loose lips sink them.
However you are now claiming to know something that is going on or had already been done. I’m quite certain that he runs a tight enough ship that some knucklehead on an anonymous LSU ran board won’t be breaking inside news for a coaching search at Texas. People exactly like you are the reason people like CDC don’t talk about shite.

What could go wrong? I have no idea if BigBro knows what he’s talking about or not….but personally, I think he’s just yanking Aggie’s chain. Pretty sure that Aggie is feeling good about the series (as I would be), but I’d be nervous not knowing, for a fact, if Schloss is considering the move, I’m prejudice, but that would be good for Texas.,,but realistically, just don’t see it happening. Schloss is a very good coach…regardless.

First and foremost I will be impressed if somehow texas is able to hire Schloss. I don't think it happens but respect to either side (texas or A&M) if they're able to sign and take an active and successful major sport head coach from one side to the other.
That being said, I don't see how it's possible that any coach in Schloss' position is signed/sealed/delivered on a new gig somewhere else while in the hunt for a CWS run - that includes any active team today (Tenn, UK, etc). Sure, the offer could be on his desk and I no doubt texas
will knock and try but you can't tell me "it's a done deal" at the moment or if you do I don't believe.
If you end up being right then hats off to you. But consider me a doubter and think you look silly for the moment.

At least the saban rumors were during a time when we had boosters running their mouths and thought they had the power to make the hires. There's a reason we have sucked for so long. They had too much say in these decisions.
