Again. If Texas is a better program than A&M, like you say, then why do you believe Schloss, a coach UT wants, will ultimately choose A&M over UT?

It was a soft offer. We really wanted our 4th choice all along.

Jesus Christ people. 24 pages of a fricking rumor from some Texas fan. No we ain’t hiring schloss. He’s built a monster at am. Why would he leave? He has to totally rebuild a team again. I’d bet it’s not Tony v either. Have zero clue who it is but it’s not those two. CDC doesn’t work like that. He’s not gonna leak any info. You won’t know who it is till it happens, people just calm down and wait a week and stop acting dumb.

They do offer something that the Ags don’t offer. Music scene. Take a deep dive into Schloss’ kids, you will find the answer. It was a done deal he was leaving not long ago. Seems like it’s been swept under the rug now and they have it handled, but you never know what can happen when kids are involved.

Because maybe he likes the smaller town, maybe he wants to create his own statues instead of coaching in the shadows of 2 hall of famers, maybe he likes bubbles.. Mayne he hates Texas.. Maybe Texas wants Vitello and never even offered..
Why would he leave?
Maybe he hates Trev Alberts. Maybe he likes Austin more.. maybe he really likes working for CDC.. maybe he hates the Dixie Chicken.. Maybe he knows how good Texas will be with ______ running the show..

It is pretty funny that some troll shows up makes a baseless rumor and then the thread explodes. Bopper is a troll. Probably thinks it's funny getting everyone all worked up like this.
It's a win-win for me. If he's wrong then we don't have to see him for a year. If he's right then we hire a great coach I'll gladly stay away for a year just for that.

He’s only been at A&M 3 years. So his program is 3 years worth of data.
Sorry, but better program and better the past three years is exactly the same thing in almost every coaches mind. What happened ten years ago doesn’t matter.
You are what you are today. Yesterday is what you used to be.
If that truly mattered you’d be keeping your coach. After all, he did great years and years ago.
