He was recruited by Nutt and he may have actually been good in that offense ala Fred Talley, Decori Birmingham, Dexter McCLuster, Jeff Scott but unfortunately for him BP doesn't like the smaller running backs like he is.

Watch the first run.
He goes from 4.4 to 1.2 speed.

He can move back.
We have a guy on the team that holds some sort of record for rushing in Maryland as well as winner of the Gilford County crab cake eating contest.
He sounds like a winner...

FWIW I know he's been a DB for a while, I just like bringing it up. I recall him being hyped up as the next big thing several years back.
I bring him up sarcastically, like Reggie Fish...

Like I said, he probably would have been extremely successful in Nutt's offense. Him and Jim Youngblood are probably the two that would have benefited going with him. Of course Youngblood was the one that helped keep the class together so obviously I'm glad he stayed.

For sure. Its crazy to think that we could have been going in to this season with Jim Youngblood or Kale Pick as our QB instead of Tyler Wilson.

Nothing official, but that's the thinking.

Hope Knile is able to recover, but i'm not that worried about the RB position.
