Dez Bryant

I've not looked at vitals or stats but here is my from the eye breakdown:
Evans seems bigger than Fitzgerald but not as fast.
He is big as Megatron
He is bigger than Julio but not as fast.
He really reminds me of Andre Johnson in bit size and speed.
He will be a very, very wealthy man in the NFL.

He really is monster. Great WR.

I should have said SEC receiver. I think he's better than Julio and maybe AJ.

He's not as quick as Dez or Megatron. He's probably a 4.5-4.6 guy instead down in the 4.3s. But he's got the height, weight, and jumping ability comparable to both. These guys are converted shooting guards basically.
I don't know who to compare him to really.
I wouldn't compare him to AJ as AJ's body control and hand-eye coordination are some of the best I've ever seen. Elite.

I'm wondering if he can get turned into a TE a la Tony Gonzalez.
He is such a big SOB.

You don't want to be a TE in the NFL though. They don't make as much as the WRs.

Huh interesting. Well maybe Dez is a good comparison although Evans is taller.

Nope. Been an LSU fan all my life and Mike Evans is the best receiver I've seen in quite some time. He's unbelievable.

He's going to tear it up in the NFL.

He may be the best receiver I have ever seen. I know this sounds homer - but I have never seen a WR so successfully win so many jump balls - if they are thrown right. Also just stomping over, stuffing faces into the ground or just hauling as at pushing his pursuer down at high speed.
Ive never seen it so common place as with Evans.
I think he has a chance to be the GOAT receiver as far as we need a first now. Maybe not total yds. But for what he does he is the GOAT.

Evans might run a 4.6 or higher, and Dez is faster than that. Dez and Megatron are the most physically complete receivers I've ever seen. Dez is half retarded, but he's still incredible.

I wouldn't compare him to Dez as Dez is a drama queen and a moron. Tons of physical ability that is similar but the maturity of a 12 year old.
There is no doubt that Evans is a MAN. Dude never smiles and plays with real fire. Not a talker either except to DB's that cover him to get in their head. He doesn't have Megatron's speed but he isn't slow either. He is just so gifted in using his size to his advantage, knowing how to adjust to the football, and being so difficult to tackle. He also has HUGE hands and it is very rare he drops a ball. He reminds me of Megatron in the fact the QB seems to have about twice the area they can throw the ball to him vs a normal receiver, just get it close and he will do the rest.
He also isn't a TE. He would be wasted there because he is so much more dangerous as an outside receiver that is almost always up against a CB and he has the speed to justify it. He is just a rare physical body type. His ceiling is also almost unlimited because he has really only been playing football for 4 years (one was a RS year). If he can make the same level of leap next year as he did from last year (and he led A&M in catches last year), T&P's to NFL DB's.

This might start changing with emergence of the the Gonzalez and now Gronk and Graham-type TEs.

The best comparison is Vincent Jackson when he was at his best. He's fallen off a bit. They're about the same size though and comparable speed wise
