I was told that Kellen Mond was better than Ehlinger.

Excellent. Was able to stop reading right there.

While I like Sam, & this is a bullshite troll by the OP, I don't see it. He makes slow decisions and has a below average arm. The things that made him somewhat successful in college won't work in the NFL.

The former Texas quarterback shined in helping the Colts score 11 points against no one who will be in the NFL four weeks from now.

All fixed up for ya.

Ehlinger isn’t very good. Won’t be in the NFL for very long.

And yet Texas still couldn’t win with him.

Quite the testament to the state of Texas football. Ehlinger wins a Natty at a school like Bama, LSU, Florida or Georgia

Ok look let’s not get ahead of ourselves here!

Since you are new to our board let me help you out here a lil bit. I think you will find it hard pressed on the rant to find people that aren’t fans of Sam Ehlinger and wish the best for him in the pros! Most people on this board realize how talented Ehlinger is as a player and are happy he is no longer at that shithole called “University of Texas” so he won’t be held back by the rest of the team!

Starters they go for upside. Backups they go for consistency. I thought Ehlinger could last for forever as a backup, but never expected him to turn into Montana/Brady.

In reality he's just Russell Wilson but with literally half the arm strength. Gonna need this boy to hop on a cycle, nahmean?

Everyone here is your typical Texas fan. Bragging about how their number 218th draft pick performed against 4th string and practice squad guys in a preseason game. Hilarious Hook em.

Wrong, Sam is the only reason Texas did win.
