Yeah, your pitchers and bullpen look pretty good. I'm nervous about game 2 to be honest. There was a point in the 7th that I thought you guys were going to take the game.

In all seriousness: that Aggie team is never not dangerous. Not a ton of teams manage to put crooked numbers up when they’re down 12-3 like that.
Teams that start 0-1 go on a run far more often thank you think, whether they get to the finals or not.
If you blink a&m can put up 6 runs in a half inning. Teams like that are set up well to turn it up at the right time, especially a year like this year and the postseason we’ve watched.
This is going to be a good all around CWS. A lot of parity

Good game OU. Our pitching started out REALLY rough, and your bats capitalized on it perfectly. Jumped out to a huge lead so early we just just flat didn't have enough rabbits in our hats no matter how many times we reached in.
Those early miscues aside, A&M settled down and played pretty well the rest of the game. Hopefully those later innings are a sign of things to come from here out.
