No we were complaining because we played Minnesota and it got called against us (may have cost us a win in a super regional) and yet we see Barnhill do it all the time and not get called.

OK, I stand corrected. I didn’t know it happened to LSU. That sucks. We were basically bounced out of the CWS by umps being idiots about it a few years back.

It’s funny that LSU fans are coming for Barnhill, but year after year they have illegal pitchers as well. How Barnhill pitches doesn’t give her an advantage- she’s just that good. Hence, why internationally she is legal.
And if you have a problem with a pitcher pitching so much. Deal. Maybe Beth needs to step up her recruiting game.

I see you do not know more then you hear on TV about softball. This clip is from 2017 and that was a legal pitch then. They changed the rule iafter the 2017 season making it illegal. One of the reasons Barnhill went from all world untouchable to just very good. She struggled keeping her foot down a lot last year. Got called a bunch for it. Not so bad this year but still lifts the foot every once in awhile.
But back to the OP that is just stupid. If a team can get a great shutdown pitcher that can handle that many innings so be it.
Now they do need to move the WCWS out of Ok City. It being in Ok City, means UO has tremendous advantage being 20 miles away from the stadium. They actually practice through out the year at the stadium.
