Probably the best Saturday game of the weekend. LSU-FSU is on Sunday.

Bama and Texas not till week 2, odds are that will be week 2 destination
UGA and OU was taken off schedule so that eliminated Dawgs
LSU Fla St would have been the obvious if game had been on Sat

Good match up. I expect South Carolina to win, they've had the North Carolina teams number in recent years it seems like.

Should be a fairly salty USC team this year. I think Arkansas caught them at a great time last season... we were still healthy and they hadn't put all the pieces together yet.

Some of his videos are goofy as hell, but Beamer works his arse off building a good team. I'm optimistic he'll have USC in good shape this year and if he knocks off Clemson a few more times he has the chance to turn the Gamecocks into a monster of a program.

Not the biggest Week 1 matchup of all time, but kind of refreshing that it's not the usual teams of Bama/Georgia/Ohio State/etc.

Absolutely. Would be better as a home and home but Charlotte is fine I guess.

One of the better QB matchups of the season IMHO.

Looking forward to this one. Not a bad way to start off the season.

Tennessee must be in a middle school league then.

Beamer is good at building a team culture above all else. There wasn't a shortage of talent that came through when Muschamp was here, but they never played like a team.

You give Beamer the same offensive backfield that Muschamp had in Bentley, Dowdle, Debo, Bryan Edwards and Hayden Hurst, he challenges for Atlanta. Muschamp struggled to win 6.

You know it’s bad when game day in Charlotte for this powder puff game. This is the worst opening college football season in decade!

Agree, home and home would be great. Getting so sick of Charlotte.

1. Nicest city in the South

2. Won't have to listen to that awful SC music
